The CZ Group entities possess global manufacturing capabilities in the field of small arms, ammunition, optics, ballistics, precision machining for the aerospace and auto-motive industries, as well as R&D in all the mentioned fields.

Prior to joining CZ, Mr. Kovařík held a number of senior management positions in the energy sector
Mr. Kovařík has been instrumental in modernizing the CZ brand, whilst leveraging over 80 years of craftsmanship tradition and technological expertise. Under his tenure, CZ has successfully grown its global market share.
Mr. Kovařík is a former jet pilot and a MBA graduate from Sheffield University

Mr. Drahota is responsible for finance and M&A functions.
Mr. Drahota joined CZ in 2014 after a long career in investment banking with Société Générale Group in both Prague and Paris.
Mr. Drahota studied Economics at the Prague University of Economics and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Mr. Chrzanowski joined CZ in 2013 and has been responsible for Research and Development.
Apart from his role in CZ Group, Mr. Chrzanowski currently holds the position of CEO in the Center of Applied Research and Development for Additive Manufacturing – CARDAM and since 2018 he is member of Academy Assembly of Czech Academy of Sciences.
Mr. Chrzanowski is a graduate from the Mechanical Engineering faculty at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Since 1996, Ceska zbrojovka a.s. has been supporting IPSC shooting as one of the main sponsors of the World Championships, European Championships and other continental competitions. On top of that, CZ plays a key role in supporting the CZ Extreme Euro Open, the world’s largest international Level III competition. Ceska zbrojovka is also the main sponsor of the LVR, whose popularity is rapidly growing and spreading to other countries. Thanks to the wide scope of production in Ceska zbrojovka, CZ team shooters excel in an impressive range of disciplines.
